Jinhyeok Jeong is the CEO and founder of Centroid Investment Partners, and serves as the Chairman of TaylorMade Golf Company. Prior to Centroid, he served as the Co-CEO of TX Partners in addition to various roles at Colony Capital Seoul and Macquarie Securities Korea. Mr. Jeong received a B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University.

Jungpyo Lee is a Managing Partner of Investment strategy Division. Prior to joining Centroid, Mr. Lee worked at NACF(National Agricultural Cooperative Federation) and NH Bank, Branch Manager, General Manager of Cooperative Banking Alternative Investment Dept and Chief Digital Officer(CDO). He received a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Korea University.

Investment Division
The Investment Division is responsible for sourcing domestic and cross-border deal opportunities. The team manages overall investment analysis, negotiation, execution, and recovery, while supporting offshore portfolio management and value-add activities.

Kangmin Shin is a Managing Director, and serves as both the Co-Head of the Investment Division and the Head of the US office. Prior to joining Centroid, Mr. Shin carried out various roles at Macquarie Asset Management, Macquarie Securities, and Accenture’s Financial Industry Group. Mr. Shin received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Heetaek is a Managing Partner in the Real Estate Investment Division. Prior to joining Centroid, Heetaek managed real estate investments at LaSalle Investment Management and Shinhan BNP Paribas Asset Management, where he oversaw Korea’s first-ever real estate private equity fund, KREDIT. Heetaek holds a B.S. in Business Management from Yonsei University.

The AI & Data Cell Division is responsible for institutionalizing data-driven intelligence across the firm's investment and portfolio workflows. The team develops proprietary AI solutions to automate complex processes while spearheading AX initiatives to drive AI-driven value-up strategies across the portfolio.

So Young Lee is the Head of the Legal & Compliance Division. Prior to joining Centroid, Soyoung held the position of Country Head of Legal & Integrity at ABB PowerGrid Korea, and also served as in-house legal counsel for the Hyundai Motor Group. So Young received a B.A. in English Literature and Law from Sungkyunkwan University, in addition to an LL.M. from Sungkyunkwan Law school. So Young was admitted to the Korea Bar in 2014.
